Okay, so I've been thinking in a few years when I'm all stable in finances, out of college, and all that good junk, that I might want to get those little cap things they stick on your teeth for the whole vampire look. ;-p I know I may sound like a total goober, but who better to ask than the other fruity gals here!? ;-p I do know what I'm getting into if I do get them done and believe me I have to have the rest of my mouth worked out first, but this idea has stuck with me for a few years now. I love the whole vampire subculture thing and have complete respect for those who are in it, so I’m not just doing this because I think it’ll make me look cool. Wow, I’ve NEVER been an in-group person anyway. My question is who the hell does this sort of thing?! Normal dentists don't do it (at least I don't think) and no one where I live would look at me right for the rest of my days. So, anyone know about this kind of thing?
P.S. I know I don't want to have my teeth filed down like other people do, but the cap things work just fine for me. :-) I wish they had a smiley key combo for vampire teeth! :-(

Re: Fangs Oh My!
Fri, May 9, 2008 - 8:15 AMI have some vampfangs too. I really like them and they wear well. Of course you have to take them out when you eat, but the custom made ones will probably be the way to go when you can spend the money on them. -

Fri, May 9, 2008 - 1:05 PMThere's someone in Seattle too. About $60 per pair. Doesn't require anything too major. I had some when I was 15 or 16 or so. Just couldn't close my dang overbite. -

Re: Fangs Oh My!
Yesterday, 7:54 AMYep, I had a guy named Victor (friend of a friend) in Seattle make me a set of porceline fangs back in the mid 90's.
I still have the scars on the inside of my bottom lip from them. -

Yesterday, 3:20 PMHave you tried asking your dentist? I did, and he was so amused by the idea he did it for me for cost. It's always worth asking.
