Where did I see this?

ok...I have been scouring teh interwebs and CANNOT find this image. It is a skull and crossbones with tribal hair falls. Is it an older Romka design? Am I crazy? I know for a fact that I am not creative enough to have dreamed this up...

    Maybe in an Etsy store (and that's why you haven't seen it again, cuz it was sold)

      That has more than one source. a Brom sketch, and the Bella Morte Label, and part of the Last Dance CD art depicting Rick. Myspace either musician, and Brom is just Bromart.com, but the sketch isn't in there, it's in his first art book, Darkwerks.
