There's also the Orienta festival which happens every November in Frankfurt. They occasionally bring in some more tribal/gothic stuff:

Leyla Jouvana also usually has big festivals Duisburg in the Winter, I think she's brought in Sharon Kihara and Rachel Brice before. Similarly keep an eye on what Beata and Horacio Cifuentes do, they have festivals and have brough in Sharon and Rachel as well:
